Hi, I’m Antonina
I’m an integrative psychotherapist, and also a working woman, wife, and mum of two boys.
My work is grounded in both professional training and real-life experience, which means I bring not only knowledge into the room, but perspective, honesty, and humanity too.
Trained
Honours Degree in Psychology · Counselling qualification · Ongoing training in trauma-informed therapy, nervous system regulation, somatic practice, mindfulness, CBT, sex therapy, and coaching.
I continue to study and evolve my work because I believe good practitioners never stop learning.
Experienced
Over 15 years supporting people through change, stress, personal challenges, and major life transitions — including senior HR leadership within healthcare, where I worked closely with professionals navigating pressure, burnout, uncertainty, and deeply human moments behind closed doors.
Human
Life changes us. Sometimes slowly. Sometimes all at once.
I know what it feels like to appear capable on the outside while quietly struggling underneath. To lose parts of yourself in responsibility, relationships, motherhood, work, or simply trying to hold everything together. To reach a point where you think: surely there has to be more than just surviving like this.
That’s why I work the way I do.
Not from a place of perfection or pretending to have life “figured out,” but from a genuine understanding that growth is rarely linear — and that healing, confidence, identity, relationships, and self-worth are deeply connected.
My role is not to “fix” you. It’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, reconnect with who you are underneath the noise, and create meaningful change that actually fits your real life.
